About Latinas in Tech Greater Philadelphia

Latinas in Tech Greater Philadelphia marks the first chapter in Pennsylvania, aiming to provide resources, opportunities, and a supportive community for Latinas in the tech industry. Despite Hispanics and Latinos being the largest minority in the U.S., Latinas represent only 1-2% of the tech community, a figure even lower in the Greater Philadelphia region. The organization is committed to bridging this gap through mentorship, technology training, and community support, fostering the growth and success of young Latinas and those transitioning into tech careers.
