The Garza family, founders of Siete Foods, have a vision that resonates deeply with Eva Longoria's own commitment to her heritage and community empowerment. The connection between Longoria and the Garzas is rooted in a shared history and set of values that focus on celebrating Mexican-American culture through food. Longoria's involvement as an investor and strategic advisor aims to leverage her platform and influence to elevate Siete Foods from a $500 million company to a billion-dollar empire, highlighting the economic power and cultural richness of the Latino community.

Eva Longoria, widely recognized for her role in "Desperate Housewives," and recently directing the movie "Flamin’ Hot," has also made significant strides in the business and philanthropic sectors. She is not new to the business world, having invested in multiple companies including Casa Del Sol tequila.

Additionally, in 2012, she established the Eva Longoria Foundation, which focuses on helping Latinas through education and entrepreneurship. Her recent receipt of a $50 million prize from Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez for her philanthropic efforts underlines her commitment to creating inclusive opportunities for Latinas.

The backstory of Longoria’s connection to the Garza family is both personal and cultural. They share a common origin in Texas, where Longoria had previously impressed Veronica Garza at a cheerleading camp, demonstrating her support for young Latina women. This early interaction left a lasting impression, which eventually contributed to their professional collaboration decades later.

Siete Foods, known for their gluten-free tortillas and chips, was founded on the principle of making food that not only tastes good but also pays homage to their Mexican-American heritage. With 85 Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) available in 37,000 stores, their growth trajectory has positioned them as a leader in the Hispanic food sector in the U.S., reflecting a broader trend of the increasing economic influence of Latinos in the country.

SKUs are used to track inventory and sales and can provide information about product characteristics such as brand, size, color, and more.  Siete Foods stands as the fastest expanding Hispanic food enterprise in the United States and holds the position of the second largest independently-owned private snack brand in the country.

Adding to her diverse career, Longoria has recently been involved in various projects that connect her with her roots and the broader Latino community. Her culinary docuseries, "Eva Longoria: Searching for Mexico," explores the rich gastronomic landscapes of Mexico, bringing to light the intricate and diverse flavors of the region. This project aligns with her personal and professional interests in celebrating and sharing Mexican culture.

Moreover, Longoria’s commitment to health and wellness, her role in raising awareness about Mexican cuisine as a UNESCO-protected heritage, and her continuous involvement in projects that highlight Latino culture and challenges, reflect her multifaceted approach to empowerment and cultural advocacy.

Eva Longoria's partnership with Siete Foods is more than a business venture; it's a cultural mission. By aligning her entrepreneurial spirit with her advocacy for Latino culture and community development, Longoria is set to help propel Siete Foods to new heights, while continuing to champion the richness of Mexican-American traditions.
