ERC File and Fund, the leading provider of filing services for the Employee Retention Tax Credit (ERC), recently announced the launch of No dejes dinero sobre la mesa: Guía para aprovechar al máximo el crédito para la retención de empleados (Don't Leave Money on the Table: A Guide to Making the Most of the Employee Retention Credit), a new, free, Spanish-language e-book to help Hispanic business owners get the tax credit.

Designed to help Spanish-speaking business owners serving the U.S. Hispanic market navigate the ERC program and maximize their benefits, the eBook covers various topics, including eligibility requirements, credit calculation and how to apply it, and tips to maximize it and avoid common mistakes.

Adrian Isalgue, owner of ERC File and Fund and author of the eBook, noted:

ERC File and Fund is committed to helping all small business owners navigate the ERC program and get the benefits they deserve.

Get to know the ERC program

The ERC program, which is part of the CARES Act of 2020, offers tax credits to eligible employers who have kept their employees on the payroll during the COVID-19 pandemic, a benefit many employers are still unaware of.

Among the range of advisory services that ERC File and Fund offers to Hispanic business owners, the following stand out:

  • Consulting services
  • Assistance to apply for credit
  • An accelerator program that offers an ERC payment just 3 days after filing, instead of waiting 180 days for an IRS check

“We feel that the Hispanic market is underserved, and we are thrilled to launch this eBook to help Spanish-speaking entrepreneurs,” added Isalgue.

The e-book is available free of charge on the ERC File and Fund website.
