About Larrain's filmography
Pablo Larraín, gained further recognition in the world of the seventh art with the release of his first English-language film, "Jackie" in 2016, which starred Natalie Portman. The film examined the grief of Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis in the immediate aftermath of John F. Kennedy's assassination.
After "Jackie", the Chilean's next highly regarded work was last year's "Spencer", which turned Princess Diana's Christmas with the royal family into a taut, stylish thriller. Kristen Stewart, who stars in the film, was nominated for an Oscar, as was Portman.
