"La Jauría" is a co-production of the Colombian company Valiente Gracia and the French company Alta Rocca Films, and was the beneficiary of a stimulus from the Film Development Fund (FDC) in the Screenwriting category during its production stage.
According to Screen Daily, "the film mixes a powerful atmosphere with elements of thriller and classic tragedy" during its 86-minute running time.
"La Jauría" tells the story of a group of young people in social rehabilitation, through a unique group therapy and strenuous work, in a farm in the middle of the Colombian jungle, where humidity and suffocating heat give a claustrophobic tone, contrary to the hope they came looking for.
