During the annual celebration of the contributions Americans of Hispanic descent has made to the nation, AL DÍA will recognize again, for the 7th consecutive year, those we called the Archetypes of our presence in the United States.
That presence dates back to the very beginning of our republic in the city of Philadelphia, the cradle of the American Democracy.
This Annual Gala honors 10 Archetypes of our Heritage with the "Ambassador Manuel Torres Award"— named after the only Hispanic buried for the past 200 years in Holy ground in Philadelphia, in the historic area of the city where our nation was born.
The event attracts from across the nation the most accomplished individuals in Public Service, Education, Entrepreneurship, Corporate leadership, Non-Profit, Sports, Performing Arts, Philanthropy, Media, and Health.
