On Thursday restaurant owners in Philadelphia are preparing for hundreds of Immigrant families to object the recent raids performed by Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE). A majority of immigrants who come to this country are trying to improve their lives as well as support families who are still waiting back home for their chance of opportunity and happiness.

On Thursday restaurant owners in Philadelphia are preparing for hundreds of Immigrant families to object the recent raids performed by Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE). A majority of immigrants who come to this country are trying to improve their lives as well as support families who are still waiting back home for their chance of opportunity and happiness.

We went to the Italian Market today to show people the true faces of immigration. There is a huge Mexican community that lives in the South Philadelphia area. These are people who work 8,10, or even 12 hours a day to support their families.
From cooks, to bakers, and store owners, these individuals sacrifice so much of their lives to achieve the American Dream. AL DIA News introduces you to The Real Faces of Immigration.
